Principles of civil procedure as a single integral system

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of the rules of civil procedure legislation were analyzed the main princi- ples of civil procedure. The concept and content of the basic principles of civil procedure were deter- mined. Was proposed to consolidate the system of principles of civil procedure in a separate section of the code of civil procedure.
