PRINCIPLES OF DEMOCRATIC MERITOCRACY OF MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL SYSTEM

Abstract
In the article issues of principles’ development of the democratic meritocracy in the professional management system in Ukraine is viewed. The role of professional management and its influence on the socio-economic development in Ukraine is defined. The main principles of the professional management system effectiveness are explored. The necessity of the transformational processes of the management system development in the context of becoming the democratic meritocracy in Ukraine is proved.
