Principles of Financial Control over the Activities of Business Entities within the System of Financial Law Principles

Abstract
The article is focused on the relevant issues of legal regulation of financial control over the activities of business entities in Ukraine. The principles of financial law and principles of financial control in the current conditions of the development of economic relations have been considered; and the author’s position on the formation of new principles of financial control over the activities of business entities as the basis of financial legislation has been expressed.
