PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION OF LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY IN LABOR LAW

Abstract
The article, based on scientific views of scholars, examined and proposed a list of principles of legal liability in labor law. Emphasized that principles due to their specific properties, largely determine nature and contents of institute of legal responsibility. It is proved that principles are kind bearing elements in legal construction of legal liability.
