PRINCIPLES OF HOUSING LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the principles of housing law. It is established that the principles of housing law include general principles of law, principles of civil law and own sectoral principles. The principles of housing law include the following principles: the inviolability of the home, the accessibility (adequacy) of the home; safety of housing stock. The principles of housing legislation can include the following: the inviolability of the home, the accessibility (adequacy) of the home; conserving of housing stock; stable residency in housing, safe accommodation; accessibility of housing. It is determined that the principles of housing law are different from the principles of civil law according to their direction, but they by nature belong to the principles of private law.
