Principles of interaction of the participants of a process in pre-trial criminal production

Abstract
Analysis of criminalistical recommendations on interaction of the participants of a process and their correlation with the provisions of the CPC is allowed to assert about presence of contradictions, gaps and essential errors in the criminal-procedural legislation which is negatively reflected and excluded using of this way of combat crime. It is considered the principles, types, forms and stages of interaction; it is given the recommendations of scientifically-practical nature.
