Principles of labor law of the People’s Republic of China

Abstract
This article analyzes the basic principles of labor law of the People’s Republic of China and conclusions about the gradual convergence of Chinese labor law to international standards. As a result of analysis of scientific literature and Chinese labor laws formulated the principles of equality of all workers, non-discrimination, freedom of labor and employment contract, fair remuneration.
