Abstract
The article examines the pedagogical conditions for the formation of civic competence of senior pupils in the conditions of the educational process: 1) the formation of civic competence of senior pupils through the educational potential of educational subjects; 2) the possibility of forming the civil competence of senior pupils through extracurricular and extra-curricular educational work; 3) determination of the optimal forms, methods, means of interaction between the family, the school, the public in the process of forming the civil competence of high school students It is shown that the necessary civic knowledge, skills and skills for high school students can be obtained in the fullest extent during training sessions, as well as during extracurricular time. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of civic competence of senior pupils envisage a special organization of the educational process, as a result of which the development of civic, patriotic and spiritual abilities of the high school student's personality, his striving for self-improvement and self-realization in life. Data are given on the effectiveness of implementing one of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of civic competence of senior pupils - determining the optimal forms, methods, means of interaction between the family, the school, and the public in the process of forming the civic competence of senior pupils.
