PRIORITIES OF THE AXIOSPHERE OF MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS STUDENTS AND SUBJECTS OF MEDICAL ACTIVITY: TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article investigates and comprehends theoretical and methodological principles of the phenomenon of the sphere of human values in general, students of medical schools and medical workers of Zhytomyr region in particular. An attempt was made to determine the priorities in the hierarchical structure of their values, peculiarities, problems, perspectives on the basis of the results of sociological research in 2013–2017. The reflection of the basic values of student youth and medical staff with experience allowed to crystallize the tendency of further development of life-affirming value (philomenology – love for life), which is the general for optimization of the process of forming the professional culture of future medical workers.
