PRIORITY OF GOVT. JOB IN COMPARISON OF PRIVATE JOB IN INDIA

Abstract
Globalization of economy has extended area of private sector jobs. Both private jobs and government jobs have their own merits and demerits. Multinational companies are providing attractive package to their employees while govt. sector provide so many facilities. In last 20 years no. of Govt. jobs decreased at state and national level while private job increased. Majority of people was absorbed by private sector which established social equilibrium. Present study is focused on finding of views of job seekers regarding their job priority.
