Priority Types of the Resource Potential of the Region

Abstract
The development of regions depends on the quality of its resource potential, where a special place is occupied by investment and innovative components. Theoretical approaches to the essence of the «investment» and «innovative» potentials and the dependence of these types of resources on the natural advantages of the territory are determined, it determines the functioning of the region on the principles of complementarily and «self-development».
