PRISON SERVICE OF STATE SECURITY SYSTEM

Abstract

The Prison Service is a uniformed and armed formations subordinate to the Minister of Justice apolitical, and its paramilitary character is her own, but similar to the military organizational structure. The realization of the tasks makes the prison is a disposable society groups and is an important link in the internal security of the state. The study aims to explain the scope of the Prison Service, and to show its function in the system of national security. The paper presents a detailed characterization of formation and structural-functional analysis of the Prison Service in terms of its mission, policies, goals and ways of doing and the methods and techniques used to ensure the safety of citizens and prison institutions.
