PRIVACY SELECTION OF EXAMINATION FOR EXAMINATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the procedure for conducting an investigative action - the forced sampling of samples for examination by a suspect during a criminal proceeding. The author provides an analysis of the problems that arise during this action, as well as proposed solutions to such problems. Among them is the definition of a clear algorithm of the investigator’s actions, which ordered the court to select samples, as well as the proposal to increase the responsibility for the refusal. The article contains an analysis of the concepts of “coercion” and “coercive actions”.
