PRIVATE SECTOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CAPITAL OF THE STATE HEALTH

Abstract
The article analyzes the health care system that exists today in Ukraine. Defined, various forms of ownership will provide the independence and security of economic independence of the medical organizations management in the conditions of development of market relations. This is due to the fact that existing legal documents do not exhaust the full legal support of market relations in health care, but clearly show that public policies effective medical care prominent in the market strategy development of the sector through the privatization of medical institutions. It is proved that in modern conditions, characterized by quite a noticeable variability and reduction in budget allocations for health, there is a motivation to the development commercialization of medical institutions.
