PROBLEM ASPECTS AND FACTORS OF PREPARATION TO THE INCLUSIVE EDUCATION OF PEDAGOGES AND PARENTS

Abstract
The article analyzes the most problematic aspects of psychological readiness for inclusive education of teachers and parents, the specificity of formation of the main components of psychological readiness of participants of the educational process. It shows the prob-lems of formation of motivational-value and cognitive components of readiness among teachers and parents of children with disabilities. The teachers are dominated by external motivation, there are difficulties in changing the attitude towards the educational process, the difficulty of perceiving it as a variational that has several trajectories. For parents of children with disabilities inclusive education is a situation of uncertainty, because there is no clear understanding of the objectives and organization of the process, sometimes an overestimated level of expectations. The article notes an insufficient level of development of the qualities necessary for effective interaction in parents of children with disabilities and typical development and determines some factors that influence the formation of psychological readiness for inclusion among teachers and parents.
