PROBLEM ASPECTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE COMISSION OF A BULLYING (OFFEND)

Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of establishing and realization of administrative responsibility for the commission of a bullying (offend) of the participant of the educational process, provided by Article 173-4 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. Emphasized that the concept content of the bullying need to adjusted for the improvement of administrative responsibility for the commission of this administrative offense. Concluded that the current content of Article 173-4 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses does not allow effective application of measures of administrative liability.
