Abstract
The article deals with the issues of problems of the abuse of administrative discretion of the subjects of public administration. The author identifies the main forms of abuse administrative discretion. The conclusion of the article is that the judicial authorities play an important role in the settlement of disputes arising from the presence of gaps.
