Problem of realization of a competent approach in the course of physical education of pupils of professional educational institutions

Abstract
The present paper analyzes the state of professional education and training. The factors which produce an adverse effect on availability of qualified workers for the building industry are revealed. The changes in the approach to the training of highly qualified workers are depicted. The paper discusses competence orientated approach with respect to the development of the content of professional education and training, its meaning, and implementation factors into the educational system. It determines the necessity to introduce the competence approach as modernizing factor of education to the process of physical training for the secondary technical school students.
