PROBLEM QUESTIONS OF SOME SPECIAL WAYS FOR EXEMPTING FROM CRIMINAL LIABILITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of a privileged crime, namely the release from criminal liability for the illicit handling of radioactive materials. The preconditions and grounds for such dismissal are established. It is proved that for such a type of dismissal a person is subject to the mandatory and unconditional release from criminal liability on the basis of Part 4 of Article 265 of the Criminal Code.
