Abstract
В статье рассмотрены результаты текущего реформирования жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Выявлены проблемы в создании и функционировании управляющих компаний и товариществ собственников жилья. Определены подходы к эффективному управлению в сфере жилищно-коммунального хозяйства.
