Problematic aspects of the creation and operation of advocatory associations under the legislation of Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the legal regulation of the procedure for the establishment and operation of advocatory associations under the legislation of Ukraine. According to the survey the own opinion in improving the current legislation of Ukraine in this sphere has been motivated.
