Problematic issues of reforming a customs component in the system of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual issues of reforming the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. The current state, trends and prospects of development of the customs in the system of the fiscal service bodies have been analyzed. The need to improve the state policy in the field of state customs has been indicated. The need to strengthen law-enforcement activity of customs authorities of Ukraine by introducing appropriate changes to the legislation of Ukraine and changing the approaches in the work of the State fiscal service of Ukraine is emphasized.
