PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF SERTIFICATION IN NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE: LOOK THROUGH THE PRACTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues that arise in the certification of the National Police of Ukraine. The author analyzes the administrative cases of the police certification. Is demonstrated inconsistency between several regulatory acts in this area, showing the impact of legal collisions to the judicial practice of administrative courts and proposes solution of these inconsistencies.
