PROBLEMATICS OF THE EFFICIENCY OF ELECTRONIC PETITIONS AS AN INSTRUMENTARIUM OF ELECTRONIC DEMOCRACY IN UKRAINIAN CIRCUMSTANCES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of efficiency of electronic petitions. There has been conducted an analysis of the main problems, which pursuant to the author's opinion are the first reasons of the slow process of formation and development of the instrumentarium of interaction between citizens and government authorities. Moreover, the considered problems are the essential barrier during the process of democratic government creation, where the rights and interests of citizens are of utmost importance for the government. This article also gives the examples of international practices of the functioning of e-democracy instrumentarium of electronic petitions. The provided examples are undoubtedly the role model.
