PROBLEMATIK DER KONFLIKTE IM BUSINESS-KONTEXT UND EINFLUSSMÖGLICHKEITEN DURCH COACHING UND MEDIATION

Abstract
In jedem Unternehmen gibt es ein Konfliktpotential. Konflikte im Unternehmen können einen großen Einfluss auf das Unternehmen selbst und die Qualität der Produkte oder Dienstleistungen haben. Das Potential der Konflikte liegt in den Mitarbeitern im Unternehmen selbst und in der Umgebung des Unternehmens. Es gibt verschiedene Arten der Konflikte, die auf sachlichen und emotionalen Ebenen ausgetragen werden. Für Unternehmen ist er förderlich, Strategien, Methoden und Techniken des Umgangs mit Konflikten zu entwickeln und zu implementieren. Bei eskalierten Konflikten empfiehlt es sich, in den Lösungsprozess Mediation sowie Gruppen- und Einzelcoaching zu integrieren, um die Konfliktparteien anzunähern, negative Einstellungen gegenüber Problem und Gegner zu verbessern und vom problemorientierten zum lösungsorientierten Denken zu kommen.<br/><br/>
