Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the functioning of problems of textual conceptualization in the works of the representatives of the school of French interpretative semantics. The most important conclusions and the specific of the study of concept in their theory are shown and analyzed to make perspective their utilization in the studies of literary conceptualization in Ukrainian philological studies.
