ПРОБЛЕМИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ЕКОЦЕНТРИЧНОЇ СВІДОМОСТІ СУЧАСНОЇ ЛЮДИНИ

Abstract
The continuous growth of humanity leads to a global ecological catastrophe. The coverage of the entire population of the Earth by education will stabilize the birth rate, but does not eliminate environmental problems. The transition to sustainable development requires the reform of environmental education, which should be based on the teachings of K.M. Meyer-Abich on the "Mitwelt" to educate people of the feeling of kinship with nature, in order to prevent its destruction. It is also necessary to realize the personal responsibility of the consumer - not to buy products damagingthe world of future generations, the environment and the third world. The main element of the new environmental education should be permaculture, which aids formation of ecocentric consciousness, and solving food and nutrition problems.
