Abstract
Встановлено, що основною проблемою встановлення та дотримання режиму землекористування територій і об’єктів природно‐заповідного фонду місцевого значення є відсутність землевпорядних документів щодо формування обмежень у використанні земель та інших природних ресурсів, що тісно пов’язані із землею та їх державної реєстрації в державному земельному кадастрі.
