Abstract
Проаналізовано стан використання земельних ресурсів, висвітлено головні проблеми правового регулювання охорони земель сільськогосподарського призначення в сучасних умовах. Запропоновано вдосконалення нормативно‐ правових засад раціонального використання й охорони земель.
