Проблеми, пов'язані з прийняттям нового класифікатора цільового використання землі

Abstract
Використання земельних ділянок за цільовим призначенням – одна з головних вимог чинного земельного законодавства. Новий класифікатор цільового при‐ значення земель (2011) розв’язав проблему невідповідності «старої» класифі‐ кації видів цільового призначення земель Земельному кодексу України 2001 року. Проте виникла проблема існування двох видів класифікації цільового при‐ значення земельних ділянок у кадастрі, чому й присвячена ця стаття.
