Presents the main results of scientific school professor. O.H.Nakonechnij to develop methods of system analysis and the theory of decision-making during the systematic medical research. Also presented methods of system analysis, allowing the results to synthesize known about the nature of biophysical, biochemical, physiological processes occurring in the inner sphere of the human body.
