Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню проблемних питань виконання судових рішень колегіальними суб’єктами публічної адміністрації у справах, пов’язаних із виборчим процесом чи процесом референдуму. Актуальність дослідження полягає в тому, що колегіальні органи повинні забезпечити реалізацію виборчих прав, права на участь у референдумі, належного відправлення всіх відповідних процедур в умовах, коли подібні процеси відбуваються в нашій країні досить часто і стали переломним етапом у розвитку суспільства. Відповідні спори є предметом громадського інтересу й залучення суспільної уваги.
