The article deals with the features of intellectual property in construction. The list of main types of works in the construction sphere, which belong to the intellectual capital, is determined. The main categories of intangible assets are distinguished by types and main characteristics of construction projects. The conditions are necessary for inclusion of the object of intangible assets into the economic turnover of the enterprise in order to obtain profit
