PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY CAPITAL OF BANKS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to problems and prospects of development of the capital of banks in Ukraine. The paper describes the essence and functions of equity capital of banks, problems and prospects for its development. The world experience of development of own capital is estimated. The basic strategies of increasing the equity capital of Ukrainian banks are determined. Also, the article explores directions of development of banking policy in the field of management of own capital. The factors that hinder the development of the banking system of Ukraine are analyzed.
