Problems of adaptation to the norms of national criminal-procedure lefislation to the law of the European Union

Abstract
The article analyzes some problem aspects of internationalization of the national criminal-procedural legislation norms to the law of the European Union. It was determined that the adaptation of the norms of the national criminal-procedural legislation to the legislation of the European Union is considered to be a long and detailed process, which consists of a comprehensive reforming of the domestic criminal-procedural legislation and its gradual alignment with European standards, taking into account the most urgent problems in the criminal justice sector. As the internationalization of legislation is a priority component of the process of Ukraine's integration into the European Union, which in turn is a priority area of Ukrainian foreign policy, the article also revealed the main and most effective ways of bringing our national system closer to the European one.
