PROBLEMS OF APPROVAL OF QUALIFICATION EVALUATION RESULTS FOR ADVISORY OF JUDGE OF LIABILITY

Abstract
The article reveals the problems that arise from the participants in the qualification assessment in order to confirm the judge’s position as an appeal to the decisions of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine. A critical analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine is given and probable ways of solving existing problems are proposed.
