PROBLEMS OF CONFLICTS PREVENTION AND KEEPING PROFESSIONAL ETHICS WITH HR-MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES IN THE SYSTEM OF ENSURING STAFF RELIABILITY

Abstract
The theoretical questions of the emergence of conflicts and their influence on the level of personnel, economic security of the business entity and the state of staff reliability are investigated. Possibilities of using HR-management tools in the process of conflict prevention and regulation are established. The importance of adherence to professional ethics standards is assured to ensure personnel security and reliability of personnel.
