PROBLEMS OF DEFINITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS IN THE FIELD OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Abstract
The refereed article is devoted to characterization of administrative violation set in the field of personal data protection as a necessary condition for further imposition of administrative sanctions. Based on analysis of current legislation the subject, object, objective and subjective aspects of administrative violations in the field of personal data protection were established. The group of administrative violations sets in the field of personal data protection is provided.
