PROBLEMS OF DESIGNING THE CONTENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR THE FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN BINARY SPECIALTIES

Abstract

Purpose. To analyze the conceptual approaches to the interpretation of the essence and ways to overcome the crisis in education, to define the main stages of designing the content of training future specialists in certain binary specialties. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study is the position of the theory of knowledge for the development of the theory of binary content of the future specialists’ professional training in the aspect of determining the objective existence of reality as an object of knowledge and the possibility of objective reflection of the human psyche of the surrounding material world. Results. A list of requirements for the formation of a personality of a specialist capable of solving typical professional tasks concerning the organization and implementation of the educational process in the Ukrainian language and literature and the English language and literature, which has professionally significant qualities of the teacher's personality, is determined. Originality. The main causes of the crisis of the classical paradigm of education, the conceptual approaches to the interpretation of the essence and ways to overcome the crisis in education are determined. The analysis of the essence of the main directions of reforming the content of binary education from the standpoint of the influence of the new paradigm of education on the formation of its content has been carried out. The main stages of designing the content of the training of future specialists in certain binary specialties are determined. Practical value. The main stages of designing the content of the training of future specialists in certain binary specialties are determined. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for providing professional training of future specialists of binary specialties are developed, which can be used for training specialists of different specialties.
