Problems of ensuring of rights of an individual at insight to materials of criminal case

Abstract
Provisions of criminal procedural law, which regulate the procedures of insight the materials of criminal case, are incomplete and inconsistency that leads to systematical violations of the right to defence. It seems possible to amend the situation through issuing of a circular of the Prosecutor of General of the Republic.
