Problems of forming and functioning of a system of evidence assessment

Abstract
It is considered structural elements of a system of evidence assessment. System of evidence assessment consists from the elements of relativity, admissibility, reliability, sufficiency and aggregate of evidence, which are assessed on inner conviction, based on the law, legal conscience, comprehensive, full and objective examination of the proofs. Suggestions on changing and supplementing of criminal and procedure legislation are given.
