Problems of production of investigative actions and organizational measures on crimes committed by persons not reached the age of bringing to criminal responsibility

Abstract
Due to incompleteness and contradictions the Criminal procedure legislation of Azerbaijan Republic does not ensure the rights of persons not reached the age of bringing to criminal responsibility. Provisions on production of investigative actions and organizational measures do not stipulate of the minors, a status of them is absent.
