PROBLEMS OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR HARM CAUSED BY VACCINES

Abstract
The article researches the issues of responsibility for harm caused by vaccines. The question of voluntary vaccination as well as legal consequences of vaccine refusal have been thoroughly studied. The law-enforcement practice of national courts and the ECHR has been analyzed. The emphasis is placed on the lack of regulation of liability for damages caused by vaccination. The most essential problems of the given medical sphere are revealed and the ways of their solution are suggested.
