Problems of restoring the economy of Donbass in the context of modernizing local markets

Abstract
The structuring of the problems of the restoration of the economy of Donbass in the context of the modernization of local markets has been accomplished, which makes it possible to pass to the formulation of the actual scientific and practical task of developing the local market space and provides the basic guidelines for its solution. The objective and subjective prerequisites of modernization are formulated in accordance with the specifics of local markets, the specifics of this process in the context of armed conflict and a high degree of political and socioeconomic uncertainty, the local specifics of the interaction of demand agents and supply agents. The conceptual model of modernization of local markets is proposed, which provides a transition to the system development of functional - element composition and mechanisms of interaction of agents of the regional market.
