PROBLEMS OF STATE CONTROL FOR THE EFFICIENT USE OF LOCAL BUDGETS FUNDS

Abstract
The article deals with the system of state financial control of Ukraine. The main tasks of the State Audit Office of Ukraine are presented. The comparative characteristics of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine and the State Audit Office are presented. The attention is focused on the problems that hinder the functioning of the state financial control as a system, in particular, it is emphasized that its components are not functioning. Types of an audit carried out by the bodies of the State Audit Office of Ukraine are identified. Problems of the system of state financial control over the effective use of funds of local budgets are generalized.
