PROBLEMS OF THE LEGAL AND REGULATORY FRAMEWORK OF AVIATION ACTIVITY OF AIRPORTS IN UKRAINE: AVIATION FUEL SUPPLY

Abstract
In this article the influence of state regulation on the aviation industry activity in Ukraine is considered by the author on the example of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine N 891 dated 22.11.2017. The author has proved that, taking into account the specifics of aviation activities, including the provision of AC fueling services, as well as taking into account world experience, it is necessary to develop and implement separate regulatory legal acts for regulation the activities of commercial services entities at the airports of Ukraine.
