PROBLEMS OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND MIGRATION OF LABOUR IN UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARKET ECONOMY

Abstract
The laws and tendencies of development of the mechanism of formation, differentiation of incomes of citizens of Ukraine are considered in the article. It is proved, that optimization of their sizes is necessary for improvement of a demographic situation and reduction of scales of migratory processes. The main role of the State in management of processes of migration of labour is argumentatively proved.
