PROBLEMS ON THE WAY OF EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

Abstract
Investigated the theoretical question of the right to employment of persons with disabilities. Analyzed legislation on employment of persons with disabilities. Determined the factual issues of the right to work of persons with disabilities. Indicated that the main factor that hinders the employment of people with disabilities is low compared with healthy, educational and professional level. A ratio of theoretical and practical problems in implementing the law on employment of persons with disabilities.
