Проблемы обеспечения иска

Abstract
В статье рассмотрены проблемы применения на практике гражданско-процессуального института обеспечения иска, возможности его распространения на широкий круг обстоятельств. Выделяются основания обеспечительных мер, удовлетворяемые судом, а также вопросы доказывания необходимости их применения. Выполнен анализ судебной практики и на конкретных примерах показаны основные проблемы, возникающие при рассмотрении исковых заявлений.
