PROCEDURAL ASPECTS OF THE INTERVENTION OF INTERMEDIATE PERSONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the procedural consideration of hereditary cases of internally displaced persons. It was established that the cases of this category can be considered both in a lawsuit and in separate proceedings. Analyzed the modern judicial practice of the specified category of cases. The peculiarity of procedural consideration of hereditary cases of internally displaced persons has been clarified.
